Health and Personal Change

You may be wondering who I am. My name is Richard Williams and I’ve developed a system for personal change which I have named the Health Unchained ETONE System©

This is based on ecology and applied to peoples lives seeing their world as individual eco-systems. When more than one eco-system are at close proximity to one another a tension occurs, known as an eco-tone.

This is much like a person who sees their goal in their own mind but they are not there in reality – yet! This creates a tension within the person, making more unlikely they will ever achieve their desired state of being.

Throughout this blog I will be using real life examples of how the Health Unchained ETONE System© can be applied in a practical way to your life.

I will use various common themes that challenge us during the course of our lives. These common challenges that most people tend to search for solutions on can be catergorised as follows:

Health: People have a desire to live healthier lives so they can live longer and more feel fulfilled
Money: People want more of it, they want to get out of debt, they want to start a business or change jobs etc
Relationships: People want to have satisfying interactions with others, want a significant other they can trust and respect or to change to another relationship from an unhappy one.

I’m sure that you would agree that if you could make changes in all these areas then you would be well on your way to happiness – wouldn’t you?

So I will use example challenges under each of these themes and discuss how my system can be applied to not only help you to reach your desired state of being but also how to maintain that desired state of being while feeling happier and fulfilled.

I hope you enjoy my blog

Take care and stay healthy

Richard

  1. Very nice post and straight to the point. I don’t know if this is really the best place to ask but do you people have any thoughts on where to get some professional writers? Thank you

  2. Wow that was odd. I just wrote an incredibly long comment but after I clicked submit my comment didn’t show up. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all that over again. Anyhow, just wanted to say superb blog!
